Er... kinda funny question. It's like asking, if I have 10 dollar bills how much money?? You need to be specific.
 
I depends on the persons goals as well as other things. When weight training a person 200lbs should have (protien) 300g/day if off cycle. 500g/day seems good while on AS to maximize the increased protien synthesis.
