Question: Even when juicing at high doses is this the norm someone told me this and i don't really get this. He has been training for along time and has hit his genetic potential and is been doing the juice for a good many years. So would 10 -15 lbs of lean 100% BEEF be all a person could put on in a year of bulking, this does not include fat or water retetion which comes with mass cycles. 10 lbs might not seem alot but i just picked up some lean groun beef from costco and it seemed like alot of meat............. what do u guys and gals think
