........and it's deffiantly something new, but I think I'm going to really like it. After my first week I deffiantly can't wait for my second to increase the poundage. I found that it was a litttle difficult to try and estimate the correct poundage to do 5x5 on my compound exercises(It doesn't help that I'm into my 4th week of my cycle). I tended to stay on the lighter side and found it pretty easy doing 5x5. Next week I should have a better estimate of what I can do. Bench was way off. My 5th set I pushed out 10 reps. Oh well, it was my first time and it seems like it will take a few weeks to really get the correct weights down. The only day that sucks for me is my back day. Because of my F'N lower back I am no longer able to do deads and db rows. I tryed to do some barbell rows(as my 5x5), but it hurts way too much. I'm going to have to stay away from these three exercises. Since my gym doesn't have a supported t-bar, I was thinking of doing this for back day:
5x5 medium grip pulldowns
2x2 seated hammer row
2x2 widegrip pulldowns
What would you suggest for my back day without doing deads, bb, or db rows
