Sunday: rest
Monday: Chest, shoulders
Tuesday: Tri's
Wednesday: rest
Thursday: Back
Friday: Bi's
Saturday: Legs
I like chest/shoulders cause shoulders are pre exhausted and my tri's grow well this way. If you can't have the midweek rest day then go Mon-Fri. I get good results from this with the exception of my bi's. They just don't wanna grow I also COMPLETELY rest on Sunday, no cardio, no weights.
I've tried that but still no results Also tried back/bi's but just don't have the energy to ever complete that workout and give 100% to bi's. I think I found the answer this past week though, check out my post- never hurt so bad in my f#$!in life!!!!!!! Thanks for the suggestion though
