COMP COMPLETE! 765KG TOTAL 1ST PLACE U110KG
First and foremost, a massive shout-out to my sponsors, @UGL OZ Support Rep & @Driven Nutrition, for the support!
LIFTS

Squat 265kg (+5kg PB)

Bench 190kg (Equal PB)

Deadlift 310kg
TOTAL: 765KG 1ST PLACE U110KG | and QUALIFIED FOR NATIONALS
Had an absolute blast at this comp! This was my first ever 3-lift competition, and I had been preparing for this one for a long time, putting in the work and trying to make sure not variable was unturned.
The day started early, arriving around 8am for the pre-meet briefing. I was lifting in Flight C, so I had plenty of time to get my mobility work done, warm up properly and stay focused on the task ahead.
The plan from the coach was simple... go 3/3 on squats and bench, then senddddd ittttt on the deadlift.....So that exactly what we did!
SQUATS
Opened with 242kg, moved to 255kg on the second, then finished with 265kg for a 5kg PB. Super conservative, smooth and a great call!
BENCH
Opened with 175kg, followed by 187.5kg, then finished on 190kg to equal my PB. Always love getting under the bar and competing on the bench, this is my strong point ( so to say )
DEADLIFTS
Opened with 290kg, followed by 310kg on the second attempt. Went for 317.5kg on the third, was unsuccessful due to simply grip strength not strong enough just yet, lost the bar above knee.
Something to work on moving forward, we'll only get better with time!!
Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better day. Had an absolute blast, met some great people, made some new mates and came away with 1st place in the U110kg class, a 765kg total and qualified for Nationals!!
A massive thank you to my nutritionist / handler

Love this sport and everything that comes with it. Now it’s time to shift my focus into the off-season, recover, keep building and spend some more quality time with family.
Work never stops, but for now, it’s time to enjoy the process and recharge.
