2000mg is GTG100%
Aim for a decent quality fish oil with a good EHP / DEA profile. A generic fish oil tab likely has around 300mg, so if aiming for 3/4g of EHP / DEA a day that's 10+ tabs. Something more potent you can get away with 4-5 tabs a day. I take some in both my AM and PM supplement stack.
