What's your favorite oral to add for a recomposition or cut?

Best for recomp at this point is diet, cardio and training but mainly diet. Orals like winstrol etc are best once body fat is lower.

In your situation I would go with anavar but I would also tell you to lose your body fat first.
When it comes to a recomposition you're going to want to definitely do anavar all day. That would be a good option.
You can'd ADD to it and keep it the same
dbol, tbol, anavar are my top 3 IMO
If you're looking to cut down, there's no better oral steroid than anavar but winstrol is also good if you're super lean. At 20% body fat though, I wouldn't bother yet.
trt plus reta and hgh for the longer term.
Tirzepitide has better appetite control than reta but reta can help burn fat.
Just start low and increase slowly only when needed.
Most people increase glp1 dose way to quickly
If you are lower bf
Anavar or turninabol for 6-8 weeks - anavar better for cutting
Winstrol if you can handle the dry joints
If you get your diet right the fat should drop with just training and trt.
A good coach can help a lot
