Afternoon all! Great day was had!
push #2 today and we were ON
Firstly though onto some notes, sleep was great, liquid meals making sleep that much better, plus a restavit
All food went down easy today and no bloating or distension, stomach flat during training also which is a must
Pre meal is currently prawns, rice and rice cakes with honey and some pineapple
Post meal currently ive replaced the 150g banana in my COR for 40g raisins, sits much lighter
Woke up, pinned
@IronHQ 5 amino and mots c, smashed stairs, steps and some abs, the. Onto meal 1 and atm meal 1 is mince, rice, toast, rice cakes, honey, yogurt, and fruit, 4 dish banquet lol
10iu novo rapid pre meal 1 also along with 12iu lantus
Preworkout meal was followed by
@IronHQ semax and another hit of 5 amino, followed by post workout selank courtesy again of iron

My preworkout stack was

Intra was my novodrive (hbcd) and a mango flavoured whey, 50 carbs. 30 protein plus eaas
Wound down after with
@IronHQ selank 500mcg and ashwaganda 600mg and magnesium 400mg, great way to get into relax mode post training
Food still hard to get down after meal 3 so 4&5 are liquid, sleep way better this way too, by liquid i mean 1 litre skim milk with whey and a tonne of dates
