Afternoon all! Busy few days but i havent forgotten you all! Today was pull numero uno of the week and yesterday was push, preceding that monday was rest

Needed a re-up on injectable 5-amino and the man delivered!
Before i get to training, sleep was great, ive been managing to get a tonne of sleep in lately, ill sleep from about 8.30pm to 1am, do cardio and eat meal 1, then back to sleep for the most part from 2.45am - 9am or so
All food went down pretty well today, not much has changed in the sense that im still eating over 1100 carbs a day and havjng to be on point with meal timing to get it all in
Pre meal is currently prawns, rice and rice cakes with honey and some pineapple, sitting great preworkout
Post meal currently ive replaced the 150g banana in my COR for 40g raisins, sits much lighter, today my stomach was way flatter, also some rice cakes, more honey, and dates

@IronHQ 5 amino and mots c, smashed stairs, steps and some abs, the. Onto meal 1 and atm meal 1 is mince, rice, toast, rice cakes, honey, yogurt, and fruit, pb2 power added to the yogurt
10iu novo rapid pre meal 1 also along with 15 iu lantus (increase)
Preworkout meal with 10iu novo again, was followed by
@IronHQ semax and another hit of 5 amino, followed by post workout selank courtesy again of iron

Intra was my novodrive (hbcd) and a mango flavoured whey, 50 carbs. 30 protein plus eaas
Wound down after with
@IronHQ selank 500mcg and ashwaganda 600mg and magnesium 400mg, great way to get into relax mode post training
I also want to note that my schedule has gotten even busier now taking on clients for 1 on 1 pt sessions so thats a new addition to the roster!
