BPC 157 dose- and time-dependently increases the expression of growth hormone receptor in tendon fibroblasts at both the mRNA and protein levels, which is why it’s so effective in the treatment of tendon injuries where traditional treatments such as PRP may fail.

However, did you know that the addition of growth hormone to BPC 157-treated tendon fibroblasts dose- and time-dependently increased the cell proliferation, providing a mechanism through which healing time and quality can further be accelerated.
