OVERVIEW: Still loving the new job, privilege to work from home and spend time with the babies while I work, lots of cuddles from my desk while I work and in meetings
Have started 200NPP a week again now that mental health’s a bit better as well and have gained some water weight, will update body weight tomorrow
Workout: Back/bis
[email protected] single arm bicep curls (cable, 3 sets each arm)
3x11@95kgs weight plate loaded seated row (Panata but I stand and use single arm at a time so 95kgs each arm) PB BABY hmmm
5@30kgs bicep curl machine (weight plate)
1x8@25kgs bicep curl machine (weight plate)
2x10@25kgs bicep curl machine (weight plate)
3x12@50kgs lat pulldown
3x15@120kgs shrugs (Smith machine)
Supplements daily: fish oil, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, magnesium, methylene blue, magnesium, zinc
Financials: Absolutely horrible, 3 weeks without pay has crushed me, glad it’s tax time and I have a refund coming
MENTAL HEALTH: 7/10
mental healths getting better, relationships recovering, things going well touch wood
Physical health: 6/10
Shoulders/upper back being a pain in the ass but only a proper massage or sports physio will help with it
