Quick update sickness has got the better of me been bedridden basically for the past couple of days.
Feeling a little better today hope to be able to hit cardio tomorrow and then back to training after that.

Other interesting things to note is I've caught up a on a lot of sleep recently and have been sleeping lots better so that's a positive.

You have become Shredded from your last checkout pics!
Now a couple of possible points to consider here brother as to why you have become so much more cut so fast,
โ 1 You were at the point where you only had to lose a tiny bit more before the visual details just went POW!
โ 2 You were already very very lean & where mistaking fluid retention for fat & the lay off from training due sickness & dropping the Stimulants lowered your Cortisol which allowed your body to expel the fluid retention that was being mistaken for fat. (The fight or flight response Aka Adrenalin + Cortisol puts water underneath the skin.
โ 3 The actual Virus raises your metabolic rate & heat production thus burning off calories
โ 4 Combinations of all of the above plus glycogen depletion & or lowered caloric intake
You would have been shockedI think maybe the combination of all the above brother
Such big visual changes were not what I was expecting.
Will keep all these things in mind for future preps/peak weeks
