Rundown :

A bit of a weird week started out great had some awesome training sessions but got sick towards the end. Almost felt flu like then turned into a stomach bug that has leveled me for the past couple of days.

A very depleted but shredded check in this morning. Coach has advised once i can eat properly i will be getting some nice refeeds.

Other interesting things to note is I've caught up a on a lot of sleep recently and have been sleeping lots better so that's a positive.

I've also dropped all fat burners while trying to get over this sickness. Think the CNS could use the rest and support
