Morning wakeup with the kids, let the wife sleep in for Mothers Day,
Then low effort mode until we went out to my mothers place for mothers day dinner.
Bit of backyard cricket with the kids and brother inlaw,
Scored 56 and 35 in my 2 innings,
By far the superstar of the day,
Got one back over the kids today.

All in all a relaxed day and back to the work grind tomorrow.
Friday-Sunday is such a tricky one food wise for me,
Friday I carb load,
Saturday I refuel,
Sunday, I generally have a "fuck it" mood towards food..
I know how to fix the Sunday,
The Saturday I can definitely tone down,
Friday kinda has to stay.
