I have home workouts I've done without even needing dumbbells that I can help you out with if you need. Even shoulders I've done a handstand against the wall and then down, up .... down, up, etc
yes, that would be good, right now, just eating better, like 97-99% fat free turkey to make turkey tacos, lunch is usually brown rice, grilled chicken and red beans, going to add vegatables and egg beaters to it for a healthy fried rice, but no frying... I try to go for 45 minute walks a few times a week, I do hand weights for curls and shoulders, and so far with getting sober from alcohol, I have lost around 100 pounds. I would like to lose another 50, but also start gaining muscle. I recently battled cancer, so I need to start taking better care of my health, but again, this is reality NOT an excuse, I have zero time, and zero ability to "go to a gym" I have a full time job, two special needs kids, and working on improving my marriage so if anything one of my issues is I need to sleep MORE, I get about 5 hours a sleep a night, so most people like to say, "you are just making excuses, get up earlier, go to the gym" 100% NOT possible, period end of story..... already maxed out time wise, if anything I am trying to get time back and sleep more, so anything that takes more time isnt possible.
Also with those results, should I get a script for test, or just order from a US online pharmacy and pay in crypto? what is the 100% safest way with zero chance of getting busted if I want to go that route, also wouldnt mind getting other things from pharamacy. Back in the day, when I was much younger, we ordered from a russian pharmacy and got test, dbol, clen, clomid, and also valium, but I guess pot is legal now, if I want to get that for anxiety or to help me sleep now that I dont drink.
