using mots-c for brain health?

I'm interested in helping with more brain health and maybe taking something that's not a nootropic but something that can help with brain fog and energy throughout the day.
What are you guys doing when it comes to using mots-c? Should I try 1 mg in the morning?
 
If you’re looking for cognitive function help I’d look more into selank or semax. Mots c doesn’t do much for brain fog, it will help with your energy in the mornings. If you’re going to go with mots c plenty of guys do 500mcg or 1mg and get their desired results. I personally run 1mg each morning right now during my cut, and occasionally 2mg if I am doing fasted cardio after I wake up and want a little more

Agree with @Tomandjerry you could also look into dihexa as well as selank and semax
