Interested in trying some protein powder. I would like to know what I should be looking for. What are some good ingredients and protein powder that would be beneficial? Should I be looking for the amount of protein per scoop or is there something else that tells me more?
Bros, I'm a big fan of the plain protein powder, unsweetened. You can always sweeten it up with some honey if you want. That would be a better benefit.
The rule with protein powder is: if it tastes super sweet, then it's not going to be good for you. You don't want to have protein powder that's full of sugar. It ends up being counterproductive.
I think you'll be fine on some protein powder that doesn't have any oils or sugar in it. That's the real killer; you want to make sure you get good quality.
