I feel this will fix issues I have been having with room to push carbs up again after adjusting.
Numbers on paper are slightly off due to:
• Fiber being partially counted
• Food label rounding
Eg: 22.5g carbs is rounded to 23g

Week 1-3 is about getting the system “online”.
• test should be at steady state for desired dosage
• Long esters:
• Deca → noticeable around week 4
• EQ → noticeable around week 6+ (hence the possible doubling for a week to lower its time to steady state)
• Anavar acting as the “kickstart”
• tbol or abombs deep into cycle
• possible additions. Which would be privately sourced. A dht derivative or injectable dhb or low dosage Tren to be introduced later into the cycle
