How are you finding putting away so many calories? Easy to eat or a struggle?
Easy as bro. Conditioning is still there output is high with heaps of cardio still system is feeling more aligned now since the mito is out. Oh dw it will come back but year round is too much stress while trying to get big as fuck!

Honestly only thing holding you back is the work routine with the messed up sleep.

How do you know your body is responding well to what you are doing?
It's the big question everyone always has especially coming out of a massive cut/transformstion.

Well for me coming out of this cut was a bit scary. As every previous growth phase I've done has only lasted 3 months before I got to fat so seeing the scale move freaks me the fuck out sometimes.

But what I'm going off this growth phase is photos and measurements over the scale number. Since Sunday I'm up 1.5kg with no change in my waist. Up almost 7kg in 6 weeks. Waist is up 1.34 cm in that time

Now why/how has the scale moved so much in a short amount of time? Turns out I was hydrating enough but I wasn't feeding the carbs enough water.

During my cut I developed an addiction to coconut water, now while it's an excellent source for electrolytes its binding affinity with carbs is lower then water with a pinch of salt.

My dietary fats were also low as fuck. Now they are more in range sitting at 58grams a day compared to the 25-35 they have been at since 3/4 way through the cut.

Learn to listen to your body. This also goes for things not related to the gym, I hit my head today at work and went to try and train legs. It just worsened my situation to the point I've called in sick for my Thursday shift.

Yes a little softer but over the next year before I commit to season C 2027 or make the decision to push it back to season a 2028 I'm going to have an extremely productive growth phase no more 3 month growth 3 month cut, plan is to grow but remain with in striking distance of getting back to that leanest version of myself I have ever had.

Working along side amazing people and vendors, having the support of the mod team/ chairmen and up members I know you fuckers will help keep me accountable.

Well for me coming out of this cut was a bit scary. As every previous growth phase I've done has only lasted 3 months before I got to fat so seeing the scale move freaks me the fuck out sometimes.

But what I'm going off this growth phase is photos and measurements over the scale number. Since Sunday I'm up 1.5kg with no change in my waist. Up almost 7kg in 6 weeks. Waist is up 1.34 cm in that time

Now why/how has the scale moved so much in a short amount of time? Turns out I was hydrating enough but I wasn't feeding the carbs enough water.

During my cut I developed an addiction to coconut water, now while it's an excellent source for electrolytes its binding affinity with carbs is lower then water with a pinch of salt.

My dietary fats were also low as fuck. Now they are more in range sitting at 58grams a day compared to the 25-35 they have been at since 3/4 way through the cut.

Learn to listen to your body. This also goes for things not related to the gym, I hit my head today at work and went to try and train legs. It just worsened my situation to the point I've called in sick for my Thursday shift.

Yes a little softer but over the next year before I commit to season C 2027 or make the decision to push it back to season a 2028 I'm going to have an extremely productive growth phase no more 3 month growth 3 month cut, plan is to grow but remain with in striking distance of getting back to that leanest version of myself I have ever had.

Working along side amazing people and vendors, having the support of the mod team/ chairmen and up members I know you fuckers will help keep me accountable.

Just a question. Are you using t3 now, 18 months out? Also I don't want to say these things because I'm not looking to get on anyone's bad side I'm only trying to help. Your orals at 18 months out are not optimal to say the least. You chose two if the weakest possible steroids to use. 18 months out, if your serious, Anavar and turnibol is not what you should be using. I'll catch flack for this but I trained national level NPC woman and male competitors for 12 years. Not a single time did I give or recommend a male use anavar while every female I dealt with it was the go to drug. There is a reason for this. Women have almost no testosterone in there body. You give them 10 MGS if Anavar they will start to grow a lot t, they will become hornier than any guy you've ever met, and there is no risk of them starting to turn into a man because Anavar is such a mild drug which is fantastic for women but not so much fur men. You need 50 mgs a day of Anavar at least, there are a million brands marked anavar that are really winstrol btw. I know where you can get real 50 mg Anavar tabs it's only around $300 per 100. What I'm saying is using anvar will make no f difference in how you end up looking, at all. Turnibol is better at 60-70 MGS a day but with something like DBOL. Anadrol ECT at a reasonable dose and on a good diet. You do not hold water simply because you use DBOL ir Anadrol or anything else it is diet dependant. I know because I would used Anadrol up to 3 weeks out of every contest I ever did. No drug is better at preserving muscle while dieting. It doesn't aromitize but for some reason will cause gyno. AIs will not help. Only noveldex. You also need to dump any and all Ais, all they will do is hinder progress.

I've told you what it is I know obviously you can use it do your own research and make your own decisions or disregard me completely. Good luck either way.

Hey bro welcome to the log,

I've never used an ai, the meds I may or may not be using are in use because of blood work.

Anavar was just to start as I'm using eq and deca for the growth phase. And I'm not a fan of front loading so letting levels build "naturally" I'm also not a fan of short esters I find them to spikey hormonanally with daily injections. ( reasoning partly explained below)

Now tbol, the thought process behind that is to use it as a mild booster in the later phase of the cycle, if I feel like I need an extra strength bump or a bit more mild anabolism. Or to bring endurance back up

From the original postings in the log with the breakdowns my protocol has evolved things have been added things removed.

I've had terrible experiences with anadrol, very bad reactions in relation to my skin. I'm willing to try them again just not at the moment.

And I'm not a big fan of the idea of looking like a water balooon due to methl-oestrogen from dbol(which chemically is close to boldanone) completely different out comes but from a chemistry stand point. Yes dbol its self isn't 100% going to cause someone to hold water but the spike in estrogen while I'm sitting at optimal e2 levels for gh- igf1 conversion will put me in the range where gyno and unwanted oestrogen sides will happen. (No I don't have blood work to prove this but for me to have optimal conversion my e2 has to be high, and considering I am not armomatising much after my last cut) I didn't want another new untested variable in relation to AAS (in relation to me personally)


I have never used an ai nor do I ever "plan" to there on hand if needed because it's better to be prepared, just like caber, it's on hand if needed.

Appreciate the questions? Anything else catch your eye I'm happy to explain. Only thing off the table is my actual dosing. Due to being a low aromatiser especially using test e daily numbers do have to be high to get me where I need to be and people always loose their minds so it's not something I openly talk about any more

You shouldn't throw rocks if you live in a glass house.. like running your mouth while openly logging and advertising for a vendor who is not affiliated with EVO or EF or ABX, meaning your log possibly won't count for q2 as I'll be calling that out. When all the posts start going up, Otherwise people should still be allowed to mention H E L I O S. just saying. 🤷‍♂️

Yes since joining evo I'm onto my 3rd peptide sponsor.

Sponsor 1, our relationship ended because I enquired about switching up the package arrangement because one item "Klow" was no longer something I was wanting to use or run.

Sponsor 2, our relationship ended because I had bought meds from another vendor, 2/3 of the items I bought he didn't stock. (First and foremost this is my journey and if I need something I'm going to buy it) I did post a td at the time on the vendors thread but I didn't post anything on my log. So there was NO conflict of interest. He had also just been dropped by another member of the SCL logging team, and he also dropped another SCL logger in the days leading up to our relationship ending.

I was going to enter into a logging agreement with a new vendor on ef but I had been informed I may have to only log on one platform. The products were in transit as I received the news, I immediately offered to send them back as they had not even touched down. At which point we entered into negotiations where we agreed that blood work would cover some of the cost. 12 hrs post all of this going down I was informed that is not the case in relation to my logging.

Some days it honestly feel like every cunt on these forums thinks and feels like there managment.

With that rant over I'll be stepping back to my 2 min a week posts required for q2 for the foreseeable future. And limiting my time on the forums/dealing with anything that is honestly starting to become taxing. Length of time I'll be doing this is yet to be determined.

An ambassador of the sport and the forum should respect the vendors and their members. Sponsors like myself was taken away from family time to constantly support his conversations and support yet he forgets those moments and chooses to go against us for no obvious reason. That’s appalling.

I’ve raised my concerns and I’m sure the other vendors and members have reached out to mods. You are doing an amazing job on handling the situation and I’m very thankful for it.
