started test 6/12/25. i was on 125test prior to this to assess e2, got 607e2 😅. promptly got a coach because i shat myself haha. gotten bloods plenty. pre gh, pre test, 5 weeks into test, pre eq+test increase. coach upped me to 250t 100eq 9/2/26 aswell as got me on 25mg exem/weekly. experienced low e2 sides 3-4 weeks ago, got lcms e2 done. was 47 e2. so thats when we pulled exem. got lcms e2 last thursday so waiting for that now to know if my current eq/test ratio is good as we might be upping dose soon. coach wants the cycle to go for 20-26 weeks or so, aslong as health/bloods is looking good.

Thanks for the response @tarse, it’s good to see you’ve acquired a coach and your monitoring your blood work, the e2 coming back at 607 would’ve been a shock 🤣🤣 if your comfortable blur out your name and post your blood work when you get it👊

sorry for the abhorrent image layout.. but it gets the point across. these are latest bloods. this was when i had exem 25mg/w aswell as 100eq.

cnt i just wrote the whole log and accidentally refreshed.. anyway

woke up, took piss, weighed myself at 70.75kg. took supps, hydrated, ate creami (m1)
got steps in, did some shit i had to do.
ate pre meal (m2). usually eat cor for pre, but sadly ran out of rice flour :(. mandatory pre gym shit. 2 scoops of pump juice, 250mg paraxanthine. off to the gym i was.

overall was a good session. some stagnant movements, some were lower than last week, but a majority were well up from last week. i was happy with how everything went. just came off a deload week. was feeling very fatigued mid session. safe to say, i felt very good throughout the whole session today. intra was 50g carbs from dextrose and electrolytes.

ate post meal (m3), drank some tea and just did fuck all for a few hours.


at about 10:30pm i had final meal, basa and fruit. fruit not pictured as i was eating it while basa was cooking.

overall was a good day.

also got a sponsor from @ApexLabs_ !! hes supplying a portion of my peps, very happy to be on board. hes shipped it all out today so should be here next week 😋

to finish off the day, i will soon be pinning sleepy peps, klow, gh and oils. aswell as taking my night supps.

apologies for the lack of postings.. work been real fucken busy. here is the last couple days of progress, some (delicious..) looking food pics. checkins are on Tuesday so progress photo update will be posted then.

friday: started normal, went to the gym but on my way there got called to work early. only did 1 rep of each movement and did the rest at night. pretty sure i had my usual 200mg slu, pump juice and paraxanthine? first half of the session was pretty alright. but tbh i did a bit better on the later session surprisingly. screen shotted the pic like shit so its all fucken pixelated which sucks balls.

sat: although it was a rest day, it was a double shift. mr coachy gives me 4 kanga sausages on double shifts 😋. same morning routine, vacuums, creami, supps, etc..

sunday: just got back from the gym typing this up now. was a pretty good session overall, most movements up a rep or so. cant complain there. since it was night time, no stims. pump juice, slu only.

as mentioned in prior post, i have received my sponsor peps from @ApexLabs_ . pic included 😋😋

this weeks checkin pictures. e2 was up from removing the exem, but not as much as i expected tbh. coach has upped test from 250 to 300mg/w and kept eq at 100mg/w. also has upped the food, 20g more carbs 10g more protein as discretion to use when i want. most likely protein will go to more drip on cor, carbs i havent decided.

upper tonight, will be recording form for coach and will also post another update later on how that session went etc. usually pretty cooked after a night sesh so posting all this now so i dont have to later 😅 😅

saw that im an approved logger now, thats fucken sick !! got some long shifts over the weekend so i hope i can get something out during then. if i cant, il still be taking food pics/etc.

2 days into one becauseee i didnt do it the other day ..

upper was good aggression wise, felt good in the session overall. was a night sesh so no stims. pump juice 30g, cialis 40mg, i think i forgot to pin lcarn? 200-300mg slu. overall i think progression was alright, was enjoyable.

lower was today, only had an hour between shifts to get this done. i did not have time for the leg press because some spastic was hogging all the plates and it pissed me off heaps :ROFLMAO:. cunt was doing half reps i just really got me going. anywayy.

rest day today, double shift aswell so you know them steps got stepped il tell ya what. ate just about the same shit.
creami icecream sandwich - 70g whey, water, xantham gum. 4 corn thins to make sandwich 😋 😋

4 corn thins, 20g honey 50g banana. forgot kanga snags at home

cor - 100g rice flour, 70g whey, 10g soy protein crisps. 40g banana. 4 kanga snags, not in the cor..

final meal was gonna be basa/fruit but switched it up. 5 weetbix, 70g whey and 220g spudlite.

bouta pin (klow courtesy of @ApexLabs_ ) , get some good ole sleep ready for upper tmrw morning. going to use mots c for the first time ever, also from Apex. will try 1mg pwo with my meal, lcarn pin/slu/paraxanthine etc etc.
