Started the week off well with a fat push day fuelled by an insane amount of carbs and the great news of being sponsored by @Prymal

Very keen to join the team and make insane gains for the final send of this push phase before we clean up and blast off with the cycle number 2 with the Prymal goods :love:

PR'd on every single lift today. Might need Gym 2.0 soon

Single arm rear delt fly 3x 8-15
17.5kg x 13

DB side raises 3x 8-15
15kg x 14

Pec fly 3x 8 - 12
128.5kg x 12

Incline machine neutral press 2 x 8 - 12
5 plates a side (100kg) x 9

Flat chest press machine 2 x 8 - 12
80kg x 10

Finishing off with a dip AMRAP x 15 reps

Weighted 30kg as well

Overhead tricep extension 3x 8 - 15

Whole stack +gym pin 5kg - 52.5kg x 12
