Hi guys!


I’m a classic bodybuilder

I am currently in the 80s

I will be going in offseason soon but plans rn are set for maintenance phase before the push phase.
So….

Training
Upper 1
Rest
Lower
Rest
Upper 2
Arms
Rest

Diet
M1- 2 whole egg, 2 slices sourdough bread, 20g jam

M2- 150g kangaroo, 50g white rice, 50g tomato, 50g mixed veg, 3g evoo

M3- 150g venison, 50g white rice, 30g capsicum, 30g lettuce, 30g onion, 3g evoo

Pre-25g pro from whey, 70g cereal, 100g banana

Intra- 300ml coconut water,

Post- 200g barramundi, 70g white rice, 100g blueberries, 50g mixed veg

M6- 200g fat free greek yoghurt, 10g pro from whey, 20g nut butter


Steps 10K per day
Cardio N/A

PEDs
Testosterone 300mg/ week
Masteron 100mg/ week
GH 2IU per day
Telmisartan 40mg per day
Metformin 500mg per day

Hello fellow gentlemen

Now this is me coming back from a haitus as I’ve had responsibilities to attend to that made me put bodybuilding at a halt. No problem muscle memory will help with the comeback.

Now one thing I will say is less is more in terms of gear even in training and nutrition, get the most out of least is how most peopke should go.

Also, before you do PEDs make sure to track health metrics and do the work to make yourself healthy. Or else you will receive consequences from abuse even in moderation. Do what you need and you’ll be okay. So what do we track?

Resting Heart Rate- Daily
Blood Pressure- x3/ week
Blood Glucose- x3/ week
