Low e2 is the worst feeling hate it
If you keep some test p on hand i found it helps pretty quickly to bring it back up again
That was plan B, but I had plenty of test e so went with that.
And it is the shitest of feelings, my sleep , mood ,libido all in the bin.

I had a Good Friday rest day at the footy with my family, still hit high steps 10k+ and diet was on point , high protein 🙌🙌
Today was outstanding 5.45 am walk with wife ,hammy focused leg day with some biceps to finish and back home for cardio, 300 calories over target, 290 grams protein,the slight overshot of calories will be ok balanced over the week, training is good, feeling energised, sleep has come back in a big way, especially deep sleep.

Morning weight - 106.1kg ,I’ve got a Hume body scanner and it has my body fat tracking down, not sure how accurate it is.
Training in the home gym today, another good session, followed by cardio ,steps high as always.
Food - protein and more protein ,fruit ,veg , rice and potato’s ,with Reta in the mix mg diet is on point , same foods ,viewed as fuel ,no matter what day it is

Health - B/P averaging 106/69 which I’m real happy with
- B/glucose averaging 5.1 ,aiming to get it into low 4’s
Cholesterol is a little out of range which I’m aiming to rectify ( I’ve attached blood work, everything else is looking good )

Training - back, chest , hamstring ,rest , upper, quads , this is my program from @Coach R. AP
It’s been fantastic ,I’m making great progress and it’s good on my body/recovery

Cardio - 40+ minutes everyday
- 10000+ steps everyday

Diet - 2300-2500 calories per day , high protein/carbs low fat - I eat the same thing everyday, never get bored , set and forget !!

Sleep - full deep sleep is back, 3+ hours of deep sleep on an average of 8+ hrs total sleep ,thank christ, low e2 ruined it so I’m happy to have good sleep back

Overall
Life and training are great, family are going well , we are all busy but still getting it done 💪💪
