Health - B/P averaging 106/69 which I’m real happy with
- B/glucose averaging 5.1 ,aiming to get it into low 4’s
Cholesterol is a little out of range which I’m aiming to rectify ( I’ve attached blood work, everything else is looking good )
AAS - Test E 350 mg pw
Peptides -
Mot c 1 mg
Slu332 12.5 mg (moved to before weight training )
HGH 4iu - is legit, 36iu strong as, recovery and training on point
Night -
Ghcku -1 mg
Training - back, chest , hamstring ,rest , upper, quads , this is my program from

It’s been fantastic ,I’m making great progress and it’s good on my body/recovery
Cardio - 40+ minutes everyday
- 10000+ steps everyday
Diet - 2300-2500 calories per day , high protein/carbs low fat - I eat the same thing everyday, never get bored , set and forget !!
Sleep - full deep sleep is back, 3+ hours of deep sleep on an average of 8+ hrs total sleep ,thank christ, low e2 ruined it so I’m happy to have good sleep back
Overall
Life and training are great, family are going well , we are all busy but still getting it done
