I'm looking for your advice when it comes to adding HGH to my current TRT. What would be your recommendation? I'm currently on 200 mg a week of TRT and that's something that I'll be doing for the next 5 years at least. I would like to add some HGH to it that won't interfere with my TRT. Do you think one IU a day is gonna work?

bros Growth hormone can be used at many different dosages. It just depends, I think, in your situation. Keeping the dosage at one or two I use works well. You don't need to do it.

HGH is the GOAT. I'd recommend two IU's per day. Take half of it before your breakfast and then half of it before bed.

HGH works really good in any situation. A lot of people will add it to their TRT these days. It's a good option especially as you get older. I think 1-2IU's is perfectly fine.

TRT isn't just for 5 years. It's for LIFE

You'll do fine on two to three IU's of HGH. The nice thing about growth hormone is you don't have to take it consistently. You can do five days on, two days off for example.
