@frankinnotech is there a particular reason you want to commit an extra crime by manufacturing steroids? that you can buy for like $70 online easily. I don't see the point of brewing when you can get domestic delivery testosterone cheap and fast without the hassle.

I have no idea on your back ground, but unless you have access to a sterile medical grade lab I would not risk making this stuff and injecting it into your body. If you live in the USA or many other countries you will be risking committing multiple crimes. Instead of a simple possession charge (still class 3 felony), they will hit you with manufacturing a controlled substance without a license, since it doesn't make sense to only brew a bottle or two you will also most likely get charged with possession with intent to distribute. If your the type of person that keeps a gun in their house, now you can throw in possession of a weapon while committing a class 3 felony, then the law is really funny how they just keep stacking all these related charges on top on one another until they make you look like a major drug dealer who would be better behind bars to almost any sensible judge.

Start with why? If, as others have said, you don't have to do the work and can get ready made product sent to your door that's why we don't make (usually) our own flat pack furniture. Many sellers of ready made product offer 're-shipping'. Do raw sellers? If so it'll need to include some cost in the price to cover the risk. Esp so on a larger amount
On the surface seeing what 100g or even a kilo (1000mg) of, for example, Test E sells for looks good. Let's imagine it makes it from the raw seller to your door (a powder that looks like coke... good luck with that). Let's say 100g. Less costs more and less than 100g seems pointless. That's 100,000mg. The OP wanted 300mg per ml. That's 333.3 ml or 33.3 x 10ml vials. I keep a fair bit of product here for myself but it's rare that I'd have 33+ vials of Test E. Plenty for at least 5 cycles or two to three years as a minimum.
Oils. BA. Vials. Crimping tool, caps and rubber bungs. Again enough for 33+ vials. That's a small order so costs per vials will be high. Many home brewers DO NOT test the raws. But I'd suggest testing some. What about filters. You're relying on the sellers of ALL of the ingredients being sterility conscious. How sterile are you? Ever seen a YT video of people 'brewing'? One was in a kitchen. Another a lock up (meaning a garage) using a microwave. You'll need large beakers to mix the oil with the BA and raw powder. Ditto a means of mixing it. How's the maths? If you want the 300mg a ml did you allow for the BA (1% or less?. What about the waste? Did you get exactly 33+ vials? How do you measure precisely 10ml again and again into a vial manually vs a machine?
Now look at a approved seller. they will buy multiples of kilos and take a risk on it arriving as is. They WILL test the raw. A properly certified scale used in the lab, even used, is $25000. New it can be $100,000. If they do some products it's mcg (1000th of a mg). You'll be a seriously good scale. Ideally (all our approved sources do) you want a actual lab. As a one off if I went down this route I COULD do it cheaply (see above). But if I ever wanted to have my own lab etc the CHEAPEST (used kit) would be $250,000. I'd wanna invest as I went along.
I've done the math. A single vial (just the oil, test and BA) can cost as little as £4. Nearer to £6. But it does NOT include all the other costs. What about my time and labor. This isn't a cheap labor thing. Professionally it's 2-3 degree qualified chemists. What about in house and 3rd party testing? Labels, boxes,, holograms, batch and lot number printers, shipping.... on and on.
Fuck that.
Buy using a discount code during a sale. Pick correctly from domestic or international and order ahead of time. Do it right and you'll pay closer to $40 a vial or better. Use PSL, NapsGear, UGFreak or Umbrella Labs. They've done all the work. Offer deals, rewards, fast shipping and often offer reshipping too
