I'm very interested in this MOTS-C peptide. I've heard that this is good for energy. I really have a tough time getting up in the morning. The problem is I have to start getting up much earlier as my work schedule is changed and then once the time changes I'll have to get up even earlier after that. What do you recommend that I do in terms of dosing? Should I go with 1 mg twice a week? Do you think that's enough?
