best way to run mots-c for energy

I'm very interested in this MOTS-C peptide. I've heard that this is good for energy. I really have a tough time getting up in the morning. The problem is I have to start getting up much earlier as my work schedule is changed and then once the time changes I'll have to get up even earlier after that. What do you recommend that I do in terms of dosing? Should I go with 1 mg twice a week? Do you think that's enough?

More like 1-2mg daily brother.
Yes you will get more energy because of the way it work but you still need to look at other factors that are contributing to the fatigue.

1mg daily is a great place to start bro, and though you'll get an acute increase in energy the real effects of Mot C and other, similar mitochondrial support supplements/ compounds will accumulate. Like @Allupfromhere mentioned if you pair this with nutrition and hydration that are dialed in and work to optimize your rest, you'll be in a really good position.

If you've got the extra dosh, you might consider stacking it with 5 Amino 1MQ, SS31 and Methylene Blue!
