Supplement that can help with recovery and pain after workout

What's a good supplement that I can take that will help with recovery and pain after a workout? A buddy of mine has been taking Tylenol and Advil post-workout for years but now he found out he actually has bleeding in his stomach. I don't want to have the same thing happen to me. Which supplements would work after a tough workout?
 
Make sure you're getting your fish oils. Those are very important. Your omega 3s are very important for your joints.
Bros, try some bone broth and collagen. That's very good. It will heal up the joints very quickly.
The boys are on the money here bro. A significant amount of your recovery will come from your nutrition and rest. Are you eating adequate amounts of food around your training? Sleeping well? Are you hydrated?
