Getting comfortable now with loads, 150/160 self unrack seems to be fine leg drive really really doing its thing and working over time during the accession off the chest, fast and hard flying off my chest which is a huge plus. Very happy with end result here.
Spent some time foam rolling my left hand side brachialis extremely painful during the action yet very soothing afterwards 😅......

Had a nice, easy deadlift session today, felt really solid! Loved the good tension in my upper back and getting tmy lats firing overtime to hold that neutral position. It's paying off big time after all our sub-max work. 😊

No issues at all, had some treatment on my brachialis it's feeling way better already. Excited to see how it holds up tomorrow on secondary bench day!! Lets go

Ran into some issues during this weeks squats, lower back decided to flare up and quit on me. Started with my mobility work and then into my warm up sets, slowly progressing to working sets and it just felt shit the whole time. Couldnt get my upper back tight aswell very rough day. Been told my coach that lats could be the issue with upper back tension and they need some work, he suggested to do alot of lat mobility to losen the lats and welll see how the next session goes, sucks but theses things happen.

Successful deadlift session feedback was good from coach hes really have with the starting position of my deads and also the way the loads moving very comfortable during this offseason huge win, as we have nailed all ques and have only built a better deadlift. had some issues with time duing my session. I finished work very late that day and went straight into the gym with the intention of doing as much as i can before 8pm late days at work ill do what i can, priority is family first and foremost always, provide and maintain my household with what ever necessities needed...
i try my best week in week out and give it 100% none of it goes unseen and i do hate not finishing my program makes me feel defeated and weak, but hey....

Last weeks squat session was a absolute write off due to lower back swelling up and quitting on my. This week was absolutely perfect. Thanks to @CopyPasteMuscle for the massage yesterday one of the best massages ive ever had, really worked my tissue., had me sweating and boarderline crying lol....... thanks heaps mate, you helped me alot here!
i also took on my coaches advice on focusing on lat mobility to reinstall tension in the upper back, worked a treat no issues what so ever. stoked happy to finish this block in such a way, 30kg up from last block on squat alone, just need more time under the bar and to stay injury free...
nothing much else to say apart from tomorrow is another day and the grind continues..

I really like this for sure. The chin ups with weight and the dumbbell one arm row are really good. You really hammered your arms big time on this one. @abolone

working weight for today was 240kg @ 2x2, i warmed up to 250 to see how things are firing, 250 moved well so i thought ill go up to 260kg, pretty with how it moved and felt, actually felt very very light. upper back was all good with holding tension no break down just yet, big win with this. drive through the floor and forming the tripod position was really on point also, Wrapped.

calories are sitting around 5500
water is around 5-6L been told to push my water harder and aim for 8L a day, slowly slowly...
Sleep doing the best i can, i average around 5hrs sleep, 20min nap at work during the day please dont say i need more sleep, because i cant get more sleep, being a father, a husband and working in the industry i work it this is all i can max unfortunately..
Bodyweight holding 108kg really happy not gassy nor overly stiff at this bodyweight at this stage goal is to get lean. Lets say 14%bf? @110kg? now thats jacked, Goals...


Not much else to say, im enjoying my journey and constantly getting better and better as the time progresses, time is everything...
