Ran into some issues during this weeks squats, lower back decided to flare up and quit on me. Started with my mobility work and then into my warm up sets, slowly progressing to working sets and it just felt shit the whole time. Couldnt get my upper back tight aswell very rough day. Been told my coach that lats could be the issue with upper back tension and they need some work, he suggested to do alot of lat mobility to losen the lats and welll see how the next session goes, sucks but theses things happen.

Successful deadlift session feedback was good from coach hes really have with the starting position of my deads and also the way the loads moving very comfortable during this offseason huge win, as we have nailed all ques and have only built a better deadlift. had some issues with time duing my session. I finished work very late that day and went straight into the gym with the intention of doing as much as i can before 8pm late days at work ill do what i can, priority is family first and foremost always, provide and maintain my household with what ever necessities needed...
i try my best week in week out and give it 100% none of it goes unseen and i do hate not finishing my program makes me feel defeated and weak, but hey....
