Pendulum (2); 65 x7, 55 x7
Hack (1); 120 x10
Leg ext (1); 154 x11
Single leg calf leg press pin loaded (3); 100 x7, 90 x4, 70 x5 (Some call it paul carter calf raise, hold lengthened for 4 seconds, go half way up)

So quick update on the tirz from @RRR peptides , this shit has rocked my appetite to say the least. Same dose as i was previously taking, just seems to be so much more potent. No food noise what so ever.

@the_alcatraz Well that makes complete sense now haha. I try to keep meals at around 5g fat so i don't feel any of that.
sunday training is on point. seated hamstrings are looking on point @Worop i love the hamstring curls are on point

@Worop you won't go wrong with this type of hardcore training. The way you hit your legs is absolutely incredible. I'm very impressed.
 
@Worop Yes, of course you have improvements to be made. But I'll be honest with you you have an excellent base to work with. I think adding more lean muscle mass and losing some body fat will go a long way to getting you where you want.
Thanks bro i really appreciate it. Yeah the plan is to kinda lose weight but also recomp. Ill post what i looked like 2 years ago after i reply to everyone. But you're probably right. Im all ears. My thought process has always been get lean first, then lean gain

Yeah test prop has always just felt best for me, i have no issues injecting daily or EOD. @Sydney City supplements has made me some test p 150 which im super excited about!

Just wanted to post this. This was me 2 years ago, i had to slim down alot due to personal reasons. But im hoping muscle memory will do me wonders.

I don't have a coach so im just going off what i know and has worked for me in the past. So if anyone wants to recommend me anything at all, im all ears!
