    I can't comment on clen but if you like it and have it on hand then go for it. LGS is awesome. It can really build/hold on to mass. Have you tried S4 yet? It is my personal favorite out of MK, LGD and S4. Shreds me up and, strength goes up and I don't lose any size.

    Keto is the best diet for me when it comes to leaning out my mid section. But my shoulders, arms and legs are defelated the whole the time even with 8 to 48 hour refeeds done weekly. For that reason alone I go daily moderate carb with about 70-80% of them coming pre and post workout.

    When I ever I get grossed out by my morning eggs (about every 3-6 weeks continuous) I'll swap out for 250ml pasturized carton of egg whites plus one scoop whey.
