Your visualization gifts are near peerless in my book. Just saying, this year is the most significant transition you have faced and most likely the most important. I mean it's easy to get distracted, almost fucking inevitable, cause of US. However, Next year is huge, also You need to 'bring down the light'... of intention and focus. I think Kum Nye has gotta be a strong consideration, Love.
Here is the philosophy and stages of the teaching.
1) Outer Kum Nye Relaxation: Opening to feeling and to the power of breath.
2) Inner Balance: Integrating body and mind to engender wellness.
3) Transformations: Wholeness through stimulating and transforming energies.
4) Cream of Kum Nye: Advanced Kum Nye to liberate the senses and mind.
5) Joy of Being: Natural healing and our offering to the world.
Kum (sKu) refers to the body, not the physical, but rather our embodiment. It encompasses all aspects of our being. Kum refers to our presence in space.
Nye (mNye) means massage in the sense of interaction; it refers to stimulating feeling which can refine, recreate, and regenerate all of the patterns of the living organism. Kum Nye puts us in contact with the pure energies of body and mind. By increasing our awareness of the immediate feeling-tone of each sensation or emotion, we learn to move with these forms of energy, until we contact the neutral yet totally wholesome energy that pervades all forms. With Nye our energy constantly refreshes itself. Time and age can not catch or freeze this energy, for it is always actively moving, cultivating itself, never delayed or at a standstill. Sometimes this process is called 'longevity', and its potential lies within the senses.
Yoga refers to 'integration'; with Kum Nye yoga the energies of body, mind, senses, breath, and heart become integrated and we will experience wellness and wholeness. Traditionally, many levels of integration are recognized, leading to deeper layers of absorption and insight.
In Kum Nye Yoga there are various ways, both stillness and movement, to stimulate the flow of feeling and energy that integrates body and mind. Kum Nye Yoga uses breathing exercises, (to even and smoothen the rhythms of energy that the breathe brings to us), postures (which condense or expand the flow of energy in the body), movements (to promote the flow of feeling in the body), massage (to release the blockages of stress in the body) and mantra (to unlock hidden tensions in the subtle body energy system and chakras).
