I would switch to muscle group a day workouts, if I need to gain weight. Right now I try to train the whole body as a unit, which is how it works when you fight.

Anyone uses those? I am beggining to get more into that. At this point I have all most all of them in my collection. TRX, USA, Junggle gym, blast straps, gymnastic rings.
You can do unbelieable stuff with them that you can't do with other equipment.
