Suspension training for strength and viriety !

Anyone uses those? I am beggining to get more into that. At this point I have all most all of them in my collection. TRX, USA, Junggle gym, blast straps, gymnastic rings.

You can do unbelieable stuff with them that you can't do with other equipment.

The only thing I would want these for is the climbing but I do not have enough hight in my basement to use them. I do have a pair of gym rings and use them a lot.
