If you live near the sea you are at an disadvantage with someone that lives at a high altitude right? I wanted to know if people get good results from training in the mountains ? Even for just lifting ?
Does anyone have any suggestions on pre-workout supplements that don't contain creatine or limited levels of protein/ amino acids. I like the rush and pump that comes from Beta Alanine and NO but am having a hard time finding supplements that don't contain creatine.
I just started taking NO Xplode for the first time. It says on the label that you should take some on off days, but that seems pointless seeing as all it seems to do is give me energy. Is there a reason for this?

Im wanting to run a test e , npp and dbol cycle next and want to know if the npp and dbol will show up on a piss test? And also if caber or prami will show up or give false positives? The piss tests I take are 14 panel tests and are tested at a lab.
