    Agree.. Make it easy on yourself and your stomach. If your worried about not absorbing the nutrients throw everything in the blender. My morning shake = 1.5 scoops OP Whey, 1 cup oats, banana, flax oil, 2 tbsp ANBP, 300ml water goes down easy. + while its blending I make meal 2

    keas i usually have meal 3 then within 30mins no explode then gym about 20 mins later. Post w.o i have a 1.5 scoops protein shake and just throw in whatever is left in the fridge.

    I agree with mwm5, take a look around the forum. people aren't here to do all your work for you. point you in the right direction yes, but you sound pretty naive saying your about to start a cycle without even having your diet sorted. I've been working on mine for a while, my body and goals...

    thanks keas, i just added the cals and stuff for rice and left out the potato cuz I'm only going to have one or the other sleep seems to be improving, i've been running on days I don't go to the gym which helps tire me out. now i just need to get to bed earlier. The diet is definetly helping me...

    WU Question

    the receiver name is blocked by WU, you need to call WU tell them your money was blocked and you need to get it back, they should give you a new MTCN and then just go back to any agent with ID and you should be good. your name will be the sender and receiver. bring the receipt just in case.
