I was referred to you as a person who is willing to help. I am new here and I did post some questions, but I did it wrong.
I have the following questions:
I have finally dialed my nutrition and training to a point in which I can lose weight and gain weight pretty easily. I weighe 220lbs and wast about 36% body fat. I am now at approx. 13% body fat and 170lbs. I also reduced my cholesterol from 248 to 189 and I no longer need my bp meds. My body finally has a nice shape, my muscle are defined and the muscle bellies are starting to fill in. My goal is to increase muscle size, put some clean weight back on (I would like to be 245lbs when all done) and continue to reduce body fat ( you can see the overall shape of my abs, may waist size has gone down from a 36 to a 32, but my serratus and obliques are still hidden a little).
I am going to be 42 and never took a test booster before, my last 3 blood test shows tests levels of around 350. I take a lot of good supplements, but have started the following yesterday as a result of advice of a friend:
DAA, B6 P5P and DIM
My friend said that the DAA will increase test to help with my goals. The B6 P5P is as a precaution to prevent an increase in prolactin and the DIM is to reduce estrogen. He said that DAA really can be taken without this stuff because it is extremely safe, but I am taking it anyway.
My first question is, will DAA help me towards my goals?
Second question, is it safe and will the other two protect me?
Third, of course I don't want any estrogen sides to include gyno, do I have to worry about this?
After I do this for 4 weeks, he recommends my next cycle to be the same with the addition of MK 2866, he suggest 20 mgs a day.
Will also help me reach my goals?
Is MK 2866 safe and does it really not have ant estro side effects?
