    Hi, due to damage to my testicles, I do not produce Testosterone anymore. Without T, my batteries are flat and I want to lay on a coutch all day.

    I've done a dbol cycle before and started to feel great again. Now I'm one week into a Deca (300mg/w) & Sust (500mg/w) cycle but my batteries are still flat (I have no energy to lift even the lightest weight) so my question is:

    Should I use more sustanon the first 2 weeks to get my T levels to that of a normal guy before I can achieve saturation for bulking?
    Hi I'm hoping for some advice. I finished a course about four weeks ago and it seems I should have had a better pct in place, bad advice from a mate. Course was,

    20mg of dbol weeks.1-4
    250mg of sus twice a week, weeks 1-10
    250mg of deca once a week, weeks 1-10
    Pct
    20mg of nova weeks 10-14
    Test booster and estrogen reducer - supplement style.

    My question is I'm at week 15 now and don't know what I can or should do to try and fix this bad course and pct?

    I'm also now getting bad elbow and shoulder joint pain, started a few days ago. Could do a workout today as was to painfull.

    Been lifting for years and find it real hard to put on weight, good weight that is.

    Hey, I wanted to know if my gear went bad... I have deca 200 and test 300 and they got somewhat darker and it seems like they were a lot more full before. I'd like to know your opinion because I'm starting my first injection tomorrow.

    I could do with some dietary advice.
    I've been following the the fat loss revealed diet. My stats are:
    Male age 47.
    218 pounds. According to calipers 22% bf
    Tdee 3000 cals. Bmr 2008.
    I've been dieting on 2050 cals split40protein:30:30 since early Feb, lost nine pounds.
    However the loss stopped at the end of march.
    I weight train all body four times a week. Two of thoses times combined with twenty mins cardio warm up.
    I try to do another two cardio only sessions, and around four walks with my dog week for forty mins a week.
    The advice from FLR is its a natural plateau and I should cut my calories further to 1750 a day and monitor.
    After reading various sties i am concerned that my weight has stopped due to not having enough calories?causing my metabolism to slow down.
    I have dieted for the last 7/8years and lost a similar amount each time before weight loss stopped.
    Any advice would be appreciated. I have been weight training since 2005.
