  • Hi, just a quick one - how much time should I take off between var cycles. Just finished my first one (10weeks @ 40mg per day). Want to stay on the safe side taking things slow. Results are perfect as I am not in a hurry to get HUGE (lean and ripped). Planning on doing another 2 cycles this year and take it from there.

    Any other suggestions or advice would be much apreciated.
    Hi, I am looking at doing a new cycle, I have 30ml of suss 250, 30ml of tren and 30ml of Winstrol (injectable). I have done 2 previous cycles that was with Deca and Suss I used them for 10 weeks, where I would mix 1ml of deca and 1ml of suss and take that twice a week. (Stupid now I have read a bit) I am 5'8" tall and wiegh a fairly lean 79kg my diet is very well balanced and I eat up to 8 meals a day taking in approx 200grams of protein. I would like to put on some more size and be a lean 82kg. What cycle would you recommend or should I be using something else??
    I,ve recently been taking t5,s with no effect. Years ago there was an injection called thermocase ' don,t know if this is the right spelling ' this stuff stripped the fat fast. Have you or anyone heard of this or anything like it and if so how do I get it. Cheers
    Hi, im looking to cut up at the moment, ive had a few threads on the topic and i joined elite fitness for advice, im 20 however ive been training for a couple years now.. im tryna eat reasonably and its going well however i need some tips on how to cut up.. if that involves a few pills here and there then so be it! hope you can help mate

    somethin u cud throw in with the cycle for added muscle gains ?

    or just do them after ur cycle

    and continue doing with pct and straight thru ? i can't find any dosing for them

    the gw and sarm s-4 sound great
    best to run those for pct and straight thru till next cycle to keep gains and keep gaining i assume ?
    not worth doing during cycle bc ur already cranking correct ?
    Hi, I am in Australia and want to get some sus 250 or another recommended to burn fat and gain lean muscle. I have had 20 years experience training and have never used other than sus 250 by my Dr at 1 amp per 2 weeks. Negligible I know.
    Can you help me even get them or put me on to someone in Australia.

    I just received my latest stack and plan to start on monday. Im 27 and have been cycling since the age of 19 during college football. I am 6'1 currently 215lbs and i took a good couple months off from lifting weights while i did the insanity workout program so im currently at a pretty low bodyfat percentage. Most of my cycles i have ran consist of test and tren acetate. but i have ran pretty much everything at one time or another. Here is what i have for this cycle
    Test Prop
    Tren Hex
    Primo
    Proviron
    and i have also been on GH for 3 months now. I started with 2IU and am currently on 4IU/daily. As you can see this is going to be a pretty hefty cycle. My question is what amount do you recommend i take of each compound? Oh i also am running cabergoline to counteract some tren sides and also Letro due to my gyno that is a problem with me. Also, do you recommend i take tamox with the letro or leaving it out? Thanks in advance for the help.

    I was just wondering if you had any advice on the n2 shred stack? (stim, flame and burn) Which to take when, timing with meals, types of meals, training times and types of training? I am a female, 24, aiming to retone and loose last 10 lbs or so...I just started with 1 burn/1 stim upon waking...fasted cardio - insanity or p90x2 workout after coffee and a tbsp of whey...followed by an egg white omelet with chicken and spinach/tomato or 1/2 c of oatmeal in water and 1/2 scoop of whey..rest of meals are mostly chicken, veggies, and occassional legumes...afternoon is 1 flame/1 burn and pm is 1 flame 1 stim (all within an hr of 2 of meals) I try to do a weight session in the later afternoon whenever my schedule permits...I would appreciate any advice you have. Thanks in advance:-)

    1-8 Aromasine ( called liquid stan) 12.5mg ( Ie 1/2ml) every other day
    6-12 Need2slin 1 cap 3 times a day 30 mins before meals or T3-PCT if need2slins out of stock. (see note 2)
    6-10 HCGenerate 3 caps am 2 caps pm ( see note 3)
    10-16 forma-stanzol 5 pumps am and 5 pumps pm (see not 4)
    10-14 forged post cycle full dose am and pm
    14-18 Bridge 1 cap 3 times a day
    Hows it going bro I am new to this site and have been seeing your great advice as well as dedication to concerns. I appreciate any advice
