Things are going great. My diet has been clean for over 2 weeks. And no diet soda!!! Workouts are good. Muscles do have memory because my biceps(the small ones I have FOR NOW) are showing and feel firmer. This week I started cardio for 40 mins as soon as I get up and then eating afterwards...
I have lost 6 lbs so far, and I can tell a difference in the abdominal area. Small difference but that is a great start for me.
