I work in the industry. Chemical preserves are cheaper. All natural products do not last as long as chemically preserved. Natural products don’t look as good as long as preserved products either. It actually comes down to looks and money.

I have a waterproof heart monitor. If I am running sprints or mild jogging. If I swim laps and even try to maintain a decent speed I burn more. That full body but of course as you become efficient it will change.

Mine comes from being scared of loosing those gains!! Never experienced any heightened anxiety due to any pct. They are commonly used while on any AAS also.

I never worry to much about over training the calve muscle. Add some tempo into the raise or some isometric holds. I do 3 counts for the stretch and 5 count for the contractions then you can feel the soreness the next day.

I use a polar heart rate monitor and resting is 45-48 for a 38 yr old male. Most nurses take my pulse twice because they act like it an anomaly.

Where can this ebook be purchased? I would say nutritionally I must struggle. My last bod pod has me at 200 lbs lean mass 72.5 inches tall. I range from 231 to 235 any given day. Yet can’t seem to lose much more fat than I have. Diet is clean or so I think.
