Day1&2
Been slacking on here I’ve got a lot going on my on outside of gym.
This weeks been the best I’ve had in the last month
See day 1 & 2 And short vid of belt squats.
Food intake has been atrocious I’ll be getting my calories and nutrition back in check.
Day 1
1am wake up today (5.5 hours sleep)
230am-350am training
My coach has programmed hypertrophy focused block for August. I was missing to many lifts and struggling mentally to push through. Minor speed bump this should get me back on track for October.
Work stress hasn’t subsided another...
Been flat out this week work has takin over. No training updates. New block being programmed currently. Will be starting next week.
@*ODINLABS* gear landed will start next week. Looking forward to the new oils.
