Do you guys think it’s a productive to get into super deep squats to the point where we sit on our own heels. Or would box squats be more effective to hit the point and explode ? Deep squats seem more dangerous though.
Is there any real be dangers in running mast say 16 weeks with hrt test dose of 200 each. Maybe throw in primo at 300 as well?
bloodwork is always perfect. I'd like the mast edge,High sex drive and vascularity year round.

How long is best to focus on cardio and it usually takes me 60 mins to 90 mins to complete my lifting protocol. I was just curious what others are doing for cardio in terms of length of time and intensity?
I am 6’8 280 16% body fat, I was wondering if my size can play a role in determining doses? Should I take larger doses of test and arimidex and pct drugs to accommodate for my size or will that not really play much of a role?
