working out during illness will most likely only prolong it, since you're using all your energy lifting instead of letting your body destroy the virus. my advice is overload on Vit C, rest up and drink tonnes of H2O to piss it out!

imho, there are other products on the market which have identical ingredients but a lot less $.
for the first time user you'll definitely see weight/strength gain, just make sure to drink plenty of water while taking it!
