ya, it's been a while. I've been busy with life pretty much. Haven't had much time to lift, really. But I am back into it now, I won;t frequent the board as much as I used to as it gives me a head ache, it's the colours or something. How is your training going? Cheers.

Iggy, did you see the story about that young guy from Cleveland who got beat-up & shot (5 weeks ago) and how he recovered at Metro!! He was in a coma, in a wheelchair & he walked to the microphone to speak today. His friend was killed though! So sad that people cant go out to have a good time without something like this happening.
