Hi Im wondering if you can gimme some diet advice etc...you can see my pics on my myspace as a base. myspace.com/thejameslane Im trying to put on alot of size with minimal fat but Im stuck between eating everything for max gains or being more discriminitive towards food....i dont eat fast food or juice soda etc.... i eat very clean... I usually do 4 days of carbs 4 days of none as of late. heres an example
meal 1:
8 eggwhites , 1 cup of grits. banana
2: 50 gram protien shake with some omega lowfat natural pb and fat free milk and a scoop of oats
3:
1/2 lb of chicken breast cooked with pam 1 cup of brown rice / sweet potato and a cup of vegies
4: same shake as meal 2
5:
1/2 lb of chicken or beef, 2 cups vegies 1 cup of brown rice
training
post workout shake
6) shake b4 bed.
on my low carb days its basically the same minus the potatos rice and fruit.
I train 5 days a week and do cardio 5 days a week. abs every workout.
