One of my cousins recommended I use a site to skype a personal trainer and workout from home. I am not confident to be in a gym. But thought this was a good option for me. Anyone here have an experience with it?
Whats the difference between someone that lifts everyday and somebody that runs everyday? I dont mean in terms of the way they look but in terms of who is the healthier person? What do you guys think? Heart health is important with running right?
I feel like I may have pulled a muscle in my abdominal and it is quite painful when I move or lift things. What would be the best way to recover from this ? Just taking time off completely to let it heal?
