  • hmm, let me look it over some more, and i'll include my comments in my email reply.
lol, nothing. i just think if you switch some things around youll have better results.
yeah, i read the veggie post. i just wondered b/c your post shifted to include a more detailed log of you diet. Good to know your already feeling better/less bloat. Bet Joe d can help you hone your diet a bit more though.
yeah, i was reading about your diet and was a bit confused? figured you were making the transition.
Thandie has a membership with Precision Nutrition, Berardi works with many olympic/professional athletes. Phelps/Dara Torres, several NFL dudes. They have a bunch of free stuff that may benefit your hunger for nutrition knowledge.
Look up John Berardi on google. Dude is only 37 and published 200 papers.
Yeah, I've lifted since I was 14, I'm 32. I've taken the last 2 years on and off, and my stats are 5 8, around 175.
I'm around 12/13%. When I was your age, I weighed around 135. Anyway, my whole plan is to lower the bf to around 7 to 8%, while putting on some slight mass. At this point in my life I no longer care about putting on large amounts of mass.
Of course, I have to set objective goals on strength, however at this point it's more of a 'wellness/fitness', health, and aesthetic appeal regime.
Significant Other... Oh, sorry, I didn't know you knew of her. Yeah, she is huge on weighing portions. It's a hard job being a nutrtion counselor, especially, whenn peeps want everything/success now. It's a process, step by step. Anyway, she pushes them, to learn to weigh food out. It's hard though, as eating is an intimate habit, related to sensation/emotions/stress.
LOL, my S O is a nutrition counselor. She has the hardest time getting her clients to do this. EM, you got discipline. Bro, that's good. I'm gonna tell her boutya... She would dig that. She's a former moderator here.
