Your doing great. not everyone can claim they have your dedication.....

oh congrats on the new squat PR
well bro, doesn't have to be eggs every mourning. just put some skippys anpb on some oats and have a shake. or

throw in strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, protein power, oats, peanut butter, flaxseed, and anything else in a

big blender and make it. blending is one of my favorite things to do and it keeps your hunger down. plus it has

a fair amount of cals and tastes awesome. i got some sweet recipes if you want them.
i might of told you before. at 16 i was 5'7, could bench about 185x5, squat 345x5, and clean 165x5. deadlift was around 335 for a 1 rep max.

never really did bi's. only powerlifting stuff. the foundation i have now was built then by doing heavy lifting. im no insane powerlifter (like bfold, scotsman, big_bk, SL, and a few others. But i know the basics.

Back then everyone told me to eat eat eat, so i did.

every mourning i would drink 2 glasses of milk, have 4 pieces of whole wheat toast, 8 eggs, a cup or 1.5 cups of oats, and even a couple waffles with honey.

i didnt always eat the healthiest, but i grew like crazy.

its all what you eat bro! and get good rest too!
    hows your progress going bro?
i got some stretch marks when i was your age too. they fade over the years.
