    ive got all baces covered there. she's in karate herself, she has a brother that is just a few years older that is in karate, mma, and already goes to the gym with me now, and i have a few guns. where all set here.
    thanks thats my step daughter about 6 months ago. i have a rear double bicep here somewhere to but i cant find it. every day for the last 2 years she has asked when she can start going to the gym with me and she has bb'er pictures and posters all over her room lol. if all goes as planned the boys will be afraid to go out with her by the time she gets the interest.

    haha thanks! but if you watch on my first rep my body was kind of wobbly and this is exactly what Im trying to avoid. do you follow my log often?
    exactly the same with me, my shoulders and tri's take all the work if I do it with a BB. And my poundage is considerably less, when I did it with a BB before I think I got up to 99lbs for like 12 reps, and on flat bench I can rep 193 for 3 reps without going to failure. For dumbells on incline I manage to use more chest, but still I can only get 60s for 8 or 9 reps. Still the incline will be a good change and shoulder strength is important for a big bench so i for your goals I think its a good idea :)
    yep ramp up to your heavy sets for the benching, as when u get to 8 reps bump it up 10lbs. for tri's i would do a tricep exercise around 8 reps then another tricep exercise more like 10-15 reps, but thats personal preferance, i like to do the heavy sets first because Im not as tired.
    when you do the exercise 2x5-8, what he means (i think) is you start with a weight you can press for 6 reps without assistance, but only press it for 5 reps. The thing with strength training is that going to failure usually isnt the best idea. so lets say thats 115 x 5 on the flat bench. Next time you do flat benching aim for 115x7 or even 8 reps. When you can manage to get 8 reps for your sets with the weight then you add 10lbs, this should put the reps back down to 5. Dips are a great assistance exercise because they work the front delts chest and tri's just like benching does. If for tri's your doing CGBP, dumbell extensions, skullcrushers, and pushdowns and sometimes dips all 3 sets of each thats probably a bit much maybe you should cut back a bit, unless your taking any assistance?
    if im right in thinknig your routine is flat BB 2x5-8 and incline bb 2x5-8 or soemthing like that isnt it? what do you do for triceps, shoulders and back? Do you ever do dips or cant you do dips?

    LOL, yep aside from being bigger than most people there isn't too much special about my appearance. Oh well you play the cards you're dealt.
    I just haven't been able to clear my head of enough noise to do any good. Dealing with some stuff I've never dealt with before and it's messing up my head.

    That's a fairly accurate score I'd say, having seen a pic of you before. I was actually expecting a lower score than what I got, I'm very average looking.

    Oh yah I have one vain on each forearm lol but on the back and it only comes through if i have my arms down by my side, most girls at school hate veins and muscles anyway apart from a few but they like guys to be "toned" lolol rather than big

    i wish they were vascular, even since i was young and didnt lift weights i wanted forearm veins. For grip farmers walks are good, and also just forearm work, my favourite atm is reverse ez curls. I do wrist roller most days too just 2 sets of it each set is 100 reps wrist extensions or curls, the burn is so bad though its a mental thing lol

    dont use wrist wraps on anything either. nobody really notices forearms though. one girl even said to me once 'how come you have a big load of fat on your arm' and pointed to my forearm lol....

    thanks! I dont know how though, neither my dad or anyone on my mums side of the family has big forearms and its not as if I have found one certain exercise or rep range that works really well. I train them on and off, sometimes for a few weeks I will really put the effort in and hit them hard regularly, other times I just dont. I have never really had grip trouble though except when I first started out training, and I can use my gyms heaviest Db's on the farmers walk for 3 lengths of the gym now...
