Do you think its a good idea to use weight to increase your range of flexibility? Ive seen people do this to push past a point they may have been stuck on for some time. seems painful though.
Everytime I go back back and train it seems like i come away with another injury niggle. Should I completely take time off to fully heal and lose gains?
What would be a good starter stack for SARMS? I have no experience with AAS or Sarms for that matter but I would like to test the waters of SARMS. What would be the best cycle?
Would you advise doing that ? Could it be a risk for possible donors? I don’t want to put anyone at risk but my wife wants us to go and donate blood and she doesn’t know I am currently on cycle.
