40% carb 40%protein 20% fats. I try and take in around 3500-4000 clean calories a day. One typical cheat day every two weeks. Spread my calorie intake around 6-8 meals a day with a few shakes. Trying to watch cholesterol intake and strengthen cardio vascular before I cycle.

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey is my go to. 70+ servings per container around 40-50$ a jug. I think it's best bang for the buck. That's good for day all day and I just eat a cup of cottage cheese before bed to save on cash instead of buying a casein iso. Works for me.

Looking to run a test e cycle towards middle of summer. Trying to get fuller and gain more mass being tall and lanky makes it difficult, plus who looks in the mirror and says "yep, I'm as big as I want to be" lmao. Yeah right.
